A “pre-order” allows you to place a reservation for a product prior to its scheduled release date. Products in a pre-order status are marked with a “pre-order” button.

1. Paying a $100 deposit will allow you to reserve products at the pre-order price.

2. Paying the full pre-order price typically provides you with a discount.

All deposits are 100% refundable for any reason or no reason at all. The deposit is just a sign of good faith so we can fairly prioritize product deliveries. All deposit refunds are processed within a few days of receiving the request.

As for a deposit of $100, typically 30 days prior to your product being shipped we contact you to complete the full payment.

Estimated delivery date is specified on the product page. Of course, some international customs, certification, logistical delays, and force majeure may occasionally come up. However, rest assured — we will be working full throttle to avoid any issues on our end.

As we're a growing startup, we operate only in the San Francisco Bay Area. You can book a boat through our website with delivery service available, or pick up or at our partners' locations.

No, operators who are renting a boat in California are not required to obtain a Boater Card, however it is highly recommended.

Renters must be at least 18 years old and have a driver license.

We have a 48 hour cancelation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation you must do so 48 hours from your scheduled reservation in order to receive a full refund. If your reservation is canceled inside the 48 hour window you will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.

Absolutely! We provide an electric pump for quick inflation, so it takes 15 minutes in total to inflate and assemble the boat to make it ready to launch. For assembly instructions check out our Togoboat assembly video below.

The wheeled bag with the folded boat has the following dimensions - 45'' x 28'' x 12'' (115 cm x 70 cm x 30 cm) and does not require any special gear for transporting. Please, check if it fits in your trunk.

The battery lasts for 4 hours in 100% motor power. If you'd use it in 80% power which is almost the same in terms of speed, it would be 6-7 hours. We advertise it as "last whole day".
